What types of payment are accepted? 

- Debit/credit card, Paypal, Venmo and cash are accepted with "Pickup" option.

- Debit/credit card, Paypal and Venmo are accepted with delivery option.

Do you need a Paypal account to check out?

- No, you have the option to log into your account for a quicker checkout. If you do not have Paypal, you have the option to just enter your card details.

How do I pay with Venmo?

- Select the Venmo option at checkout.

- Send the Total Order Cost with your order number to "thekeratinlady". 

Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is shipped.

Why is there a pickup option?

- If customers live close and want to avoid the shipping fee, they can schedule a time to pick up.

- In addition to the online payments of debit/credit card and Venmo, this allows customers the option to pay cash at pick up,
